This right-hand side pod is a genuine used item from the 2000 Formula One season. Used by either Heinz Harald Frentzen or Jarno Trulli on a Jordan EJ10 it was acquired direct from Jordan Grand Prix in period by the seller.

2000 and the EJ10 were regarded as a frustrating year for Jordan Grand Prix with unreliability thwarting their progress throughout the season. Despite that the team did manage 3 front row starts and 2 podiums en route to 6th in the Constructors Championship.

The side pod is liveried with the ‘tobacco sponsorship’ of Benson & Hedges and run throughout the season with the exception of the British, French & US Grand Prix’. It is carrying damage which could be pin pointed to a number of incidents over the year but impossible to tell exactly where.
